1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Integracio platform ("Service"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Integracio provides subscription-based, pre-configured AI agents for businesses and individuals. The Service includes:
- AI-powered agents that perform tasks such as content generation, daily briefings, meeting processing, CRM management, social media tracking, knowledge base management, and SEO monitoring
- Access to agents via messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Email) and web interface
- Cloud-based and hybrid AI inference infrastructure
- Onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Agent capabilities, available integrations, and supported channels may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for business and professional use within the European Union, though access is not geographically restricted.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Authentication is performed via one-time password (OTP) sent to your email.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3. You must notify us immediately at info@integrac.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.2. Free Plan and Welcome Bonus
New users receive a free plan with a one-time welcome bonus of 500 credits. The free plan includes access to up to 3 AI agents. Credits are consumed as you interact with agents; once depleted, you may purchase additional credit packs or upgrade to a paid subscription for monthly credit allowances. The free plan does not expire and does not require a payment method.
5.3. Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- All prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable VAT, which will be added where required by law.
- Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
5.4. Additional Agents
Additional agents beyond the tier allowance may be purchased at EUR 69 per agent per month.
5.5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior written notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period.

SLA targets are goals, not guarantees, except where a separate SLA agreement is executed (Enterprise tier). Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, store, or distribute illegal content
- Engage in fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or model weights of any AI models used by the Service
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or access controls
- Use agents to provide regulated professional advice (financial, legal, medical) to third parties without appropriate professional licenses
- Process data of minors (persons under 16) without appropriate legal basis
- Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
8. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1. No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI agents use large language models (LLMs) to generate responses. These models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate content ("hallucinations"). Integracio does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output.
8.2. Not Professional Advice
AI-generated content does not constitute financial, legal, medical, tax, or any other form of professional advice. You should independently verify any AI output before relying on it for business decisions.
8.3. Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to act on AI-generated content. Integracio is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your reliance on AI-generated outputs.
8.4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure (EU AI Act)
In accordance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), all content generated by Integracio AI agents is disclosed as AI-generated. Agent responses may include metadata or visible indicators identifying the output as machine-generated. You must not remove or conceal AI-generated content disclosures when redistributing or publishing agent outputs.
8.5. Content Filtering
We implement reasonable content filtering and safety measures, but these are not infallible. If an agent produces harmful or inappropriate content, please report it to info@integrac.io.
9. Concierge Services (When Available)
Certain agent types ("Concierge Agents") may, when offered, have the ability to perform transactions on your behalf, such as booking travel, making purchases, or managing subscriptions.
9.1. Authorization Controls
When Concierge Agents become available, you will be required to set authorization rules including spending limits, category restrictions, and approval thresholds. Transactions within your configured auto-approval limits will proceed without additional confirmation.
9.2. Client Responsibility for Concierge Transactions
You are responsible for setting appropriate spending limits and authorization rules. Integracio is not liable for transactions that were authorized under your configured rules, including transactions that result from AI errors within your authorized limits.
9.3. Disputes
Integracio maintains a full audit trail of all Concierge Agent actions. In the event of a disputed transaction, we will provide the relevant audit trail and cooperate in dispute resolution. Refunds for agent-initiated transactions are subject to the refund policies of the underlying merchant or service provider.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Our IP
The Service, including its software, AI models, system prompts, agent configurations, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Space IT sp. z o.o. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our IP beyond the limited license to use the Service.
10.2. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service ("Client Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Client Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
10.3. AI Output Ownership
Output generated by AI agents in response to your prompts is owned by you, subject to any third-party intellectual property rights. We make no representations regarding the originality or non-infringement of AI-generated content.
11. Data Processing and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Integrations
12.1. Client-Authorized Integrations
Certain agents require access to your third-party accounts (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom, email, social media). By connecting these integrations, you authorize us to access and process data from these services on your behalf, solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
12.2. Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party services remains governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, pricing, or availability that may affect agent functionality.
12.3. Credential Security
OAuth tokens and credentials for your third-party integrations are stored encrypted in Google Secret Manager and are never logged or exposed to Integracio personnel in plain text.
13. Termination
13.1. By Client
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
13.2. By Integracio
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. We may also terminate your account with 30 days' written notice for any reason.
13.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- Active agents will be decommissioned
- Your Client Data will be retained for 30 days to allow data export, then permanently deleted
- You may request a data export at any time before deletion
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Space IT sp. z o.o. for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14.2. Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Space IT sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from AI-generated content (including hallucinations, inaccuracies, or omissions)
- Damages resulting from third-party service outages or API changes
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
14.3. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU) or other applicable mandatory legislation.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space IT sp. z o.o. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- Your use of AI-generated content
- Your breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Content or data you provide to the Service
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
16.2. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory EU consumer protection rules require otherwise.
16.3. Alternative Dispute Resolution
For EU consumers: You may also submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
17. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Space IT sp. z o.o. regarding the Service, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
